FAQs:
Q1. Is my booking confirmed and secure once I press 'submit'?
A1. Not quite. Your appointment is scheduled into our live booking system at the salon as a 'Pending Appt'. One of our staff will click 'confirm' from this side, and you will be sent an email confirming the booking as secure. If there is an issue with the time, this information will come through on your email too. The great thing with dropping in a pending booking is that NO-ONE else can book over top of you, so even if you have created your webbooking during the weekend, you get first-dibs on that available space.
Q2. What happens if I forget my password?
A2. No problem. Simply click the link on the Login page which says 'Forgot Your Password?' - and the system will generate and send you a new one.
Q3. Is the time I see allocated against the service, the total time I can expect to be in the salon?
A3. Not necessarily. The system looks for default timings for each individual part of a service and does not 'know' to link 1/2 head foils with the processing time between colour and rinse-off. Generally speaking you need to allow for 45-60mins between the application of colour and the start of a haircut.
